Yes. We handle reverse logistics and returns. When a customer returns an item, the rider brings it back to the hub, we inspect it, log the reason and hold it in a returns area. If the item is intact, it goes back into available stock. If it is damaged, we quarantine it and notify you with photographs. You can then decide whether to restock, discard or refund the customer. We also handle exchanges when a customer wants a different size, colour or model.

Yes. Every item you store with us is logged against your account. You can ask us for a stock report at any time by WhatsApp and we will send you a current count. We also send automatic low-stock alerts so you can restock before you run out. If you sell on multiple channels, we track total stock across all channels so you do not oversell.

Orders received before 2pm are picked, packed and dispatched the same day. Orders after 2pm go out the next business day. Within the Benin City metropolis, same-day delivery is standard.
