Yes. We prepare the export documentation from Nigeria, clear your shipment through Nigerian customs, and coordinate with German customs brokers for import clearance under EU customs rules. Required documents typically include a commercial invoice, packing list, and depending on the item, a certificate of origin or specific food/health certificates. We guide you through exactly what is needed.

German import VAT (Einfuhrumsatzsteuer) and customs duty depend on the value, type and origin of the goods. Most commercial imports are subject to 19% import VAT on the total value plus any applicable duty under the EU TARIC schedule. Personal gifts below a certain value threshold may qualify for relief. We advise you upfront on the likely charges and can arrange for the recipient or the shipper to cover them, depending on your preference.

German and EU customs prohibit or restrict narcotics, firearms and ammunition, explosives, counterfeit goods, certain agricultural products, meat and dairy products, fresh produce, some medicines, live animals, and hazardous materials. Some items like food, cosmetics, electronics and supplements require specific declarations. Message us before shipping anything unusual and we will advise you.
